Pre-Wedding:
- Up to 2 in-person, scheduled consultations to discuss and finalize all of your wedding details, including a final walk through of venue
- Serve as point of contact and confirm vendor details, including arrival and departure times
- Develop comprehensive ceremony and rehearsal timelines
- Floor plan review
- Ceremony rehearsal direction
- Setup of Event Insurance with insurance partner
Wedding Day:
- Assist in transporting all décor and personal items to ceremony and reception venue (guest book, unity ceremony items, bridal party gifts, etc.)
- Serve as point of contact for guests and vendors
- Oversee all wedding day deliveries, and setup
- Manage ceremony and reception timeline, guiding all scheduled events (first dance, bouquet toss, cake cutting, special entertainment, etc.)
- On hand emergency kit
- Assistance in setting up of décor (escort cards, favors, photo frames, etc.)
- Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated
- Direct the wedding party so they are in the proper place at the proper time, including lining up bridal party for processional
- Organize the bridal party and guests for the Grand Entrance and Exit
- Collect gifts, marriage license, and personal items after the event and place in designated safe area or with pre-selected friend or family member. *See coordinator for detailed list of recommended items to bring (cupcake boxes, proper packaging for fragile materials, etc.)
- Behind the scenes management for any issues that may arise day of the event
- Handle any last minute needs
