The biggest challenge to planning a wedding is of course finding the perfect venue! I called around and set up appointments to tour some of our top picks. We started our tours and we were greeted by Tiffany with a big smile and friendly handshake when we arrived. She began with a tour of the facility, painting a perfect image of our dream wedding, she asked detailed questions about our plans and incorporating our vision into her descriptions as we followed her around. She was incredibly personable and knowledgeable and you could feel her passion for creating the perfect experience for any bride with any style or vision. After spending time talking with Tiffany we knew we wanted her to help us build our dream wedding and booked with her that day. Each time we dropped by the venue to tour or plan, Tiffany was there with a smile and happy to answer all those crazy questions that come up that you don't even know you are suppose to ask. Planning our wedding was flawless, thanks to her guidance and expertise. What a great experience!

Tiffany was such a joy to work with! My husband, Brandon, and I were former cast members at Disneyland and got engaged at Disney World, so we were very particular when it came to our wedding. We wanted a very fun, colorful Disney wedding without making it look like a children's party. We did a lot of DIY for our wedding and I had many crazy ideas for it (hidden Mickeys throughout the venue, different Disney movie centerpieces for each table, Fast Pass seating arrangements, etc.). I was ready to get creative! Brandon and I wanted to make sure that our wedding would truly represent our personalities and wanted our guests to come in the venue and be in awe!
When we told Tiffany how we wanted our wedding and what decorations we were putting in the venue, she listened to every detail- from the colors to incorporate with our decor, to how we wanted to set up our decorations, and just the overall flow of our wedding day. She listened to all my ideas and she would always say that she can make it happen! She always portrayed a can-do attitude, very thorough, funny, laidback, flexible, and responsible! Everytime we talked to her, it seems like she was a friend rather than just our coordinator. She was easy to communicate with and always got back to us in a timely manner whenever we had some questions. She also gave great suggestions to make sure that the vision we had for our wedding day was exactly how we wanted it to be. She was just so much fun to work with, and she always had a smile on her face!
Without a doubt, Tiffany is a professional coordinator who will go above and beyond for her clients. She will always listen to your needs and make sure that your special day goes on without a hitch! Thank you for working hard and helping us out during the wedding planning process and making our dream wedding come true! Planning our wedding wasn't as stressful as it should've been, thanks to you!

I was having a really difficult time with my minister's family member that was subbing for him at our rehearsal. As the bride, I wanted my ceremony a different way. When things were about to go south Tiffany stepped in. She let the ministers wife know what I wanted and how I wanted it. She really does go beyond and more! If anyone is having an event, they need to go through Tiffany. She was awesome! Thank you Tiffany!

I discovered my passion for event planning unexpectedly. I was somewhere unrelated, doing something my heart just wasn’t in. The plan for my future included a degree in the medical field but I found myself planning birthday parties and bridal showers instead of studying Anatomy and Physiology. While restaurants and country clubs occupied my earlier years of hospitality, eventually, I made my way to the event industry. Working as an Event Manager and Sales Director at one of Tucson, Arizona’s leading wedding venues, I developed both the thick skin and delicate touch that any note-worthy planner needs. It takes more than just the ‘know-how’ to be great at something. You have to adopt the ‘want-to’ mentality and the ‘make-it-work’ attitude.
And thus a planner was born….
I was born in the Sonoran Desert and raised with an eye for the extreme. As a creative, I thrive on new ideas and relish the unknown. When I’m not knee-deep in an event, you can find me taking on the world with my beautiful and quick-witted, side-kick daughter, or (un)gracefully gliding across the kitchen floor in fuzzy socks; singing at the top of my lungs. I am a connoisseur of craft beers and an aspiring multi-media artist who finds inspiration in challenges and Arizona sunsets.
