The "I-Do" Package

Pre-Wedding:


  • Up to 10 in-person, scheduled consultations to discuss and finalize all of your wedding details, including vendor appointments and final walk through of venue 
  • Full coordinating and design with electronic design boards
  • Establish a budget spreadsheet
  • Venue and vendor recommendations
  • Checking vendor availability; collecting and comparing vendor quotes
  • Scheduling of vendor appointments
  • Vendor contract management and negotiations
  • Serve as point of contact and confirm vendor details, including arrival and departure times
  • Attend final dress fitting appointment to learn the bustle
  • Manage guest list and RSVPs
  • Guest accommodations and room block proposal management
  • Provide personalized wedding checklist
  • Wedding party style guide
  • Transportation management
  • Assembly and delivery of out-of-town guests welcome bags and guest favors
  • DIY project services
  • Seating chart assistance for both ceremony and reception
  • Provide etiquette advice
  • Monthly check-ins to make sure you are on track and prepare a planning calendar with major deadlines 
  • Development of layout and floor plan
  • Review and monitor budget
  • Keep track and send reminders of when payments are due
  • Develop comprehensive ceremony and rehearsal timelines
  • Ceremony rehearsal direction including line up of processional and recessional
  • Setup of Event Insurance with insurance partner


Wedding Day:


  • Assist in transporting all décor and personal items to ceremony and reception venue (guest book, unity ceremony items, bridal party gifts, etc.)
  • Serve as point of contact for guests and vendors
  • Oversee all wedding day deliveries, and setup
  • Full décor and setup services for ceremony and reception sites (up to 5hrs)
  • Distribute personal flowers as needed
  • Manage ceremony and reception timeline, guiding all scheduled events (first dance, bouquet toss, cake cutting, special entertainment, etc.)
  • On hand emergency kit
  • Assistance in setting up of décor (escort cards, favors, photo frames, etc.)
  • Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated
  • Direct the wedding party so they are in the proper place at the proper time, including lining up bridal party for processional 
  • Organize the bridal party and guests for the Grand Entrance and Exit
  • Collect gifts, marriage license, and personal items after the event and place in designated safe area or with pre-selected friend or family member. *See coordinator for detailed list of recommended items to bring (cupcake boxes, proper packaging for fragile materials, etc.)
  • Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities as needed
  • Behind the scenes management for any issues that may arise day of the event
  • Handle any last minute needs
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails


Post-Wedding:


  • Assist in mailing thank you cards to vendors and/or guests
